One of Cheshire’s biggest funders has awarded us an incredibly generous grant which will help us continue our work supporting low income families struggling with poor mental health in Blacon and Lache.
We have remained open throughout the pandemic and have seen a significant increase in demand for our counselling service. More families than ever before are being referred/self referring into our service to access counselling for one or more family members with mental health issues.
Our focus is on strengthening family relationships and creating more stable and nurturing environments for children. Our aim is to stop the cycle of poor mental health being passed down from one generation to the next and through early intervention, to stop poor mental health becoming a life-long disability.
We can not express how much this grant will help us. Thank you Marjory Boddy Charitable Trust.
